BRUSHING, BruShing, brushing
Brushing our teeth is a very common body practice here in America. In other third-world countries it is not as common or as important. Here however, most of us do it at least once a day. Waking up in the morning with having a horrible taste in your mouth overnight, most of us make a decision to brush our teeth. Either before breakfast or after we go into the bathroom, grab our toothbrush and put our favorite paste on the head of the toothbrush. Depending on how much we enjoy doing it or how much we care about our self image, we try to clean out our teeth as best as we can. Some of us even add flossing or rinsing with mouthwash. The main point is that pretty much all of us do because it makes our mornings feel normal. We do it for different reasons, some for hygiene and prevention from food deterioration. The cleaner our teeth are, the easier it is to talk to people and have a positive feedback from them because they don't have to enjoy our morning breath. Others do it just because they grew up and were disciplined to brush their teeth in the morning, so it is nothing more than just a habit. Others just do because of their self satisfaction and the feeling they get because their mouth feels nice and clean.
